Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Euro (€) unless otherwise stated.

Desert Blossom is not currently registered for VAT in Ireland. As a result, VAT is not charged separately on orders.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payment must be received in full before orders are dispatched.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders promptly, however, delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

Customers in the European Union may have a statutory right to cancel certain online purchases within 14 days.

Due to hygiene and consumer protection regulations, perfumes and cosmetic products that have been opened, used, or unsealed after delivery cannot be returned unless faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused
Unopened and sealed
In original packaging
In resalable condition

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers should contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
