- European Union: Typically 3–7 working days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We may offer free shipping on qualifying orders from time to time. Any applicable free shipping thresholds will be displayed during checkout.
Order Updates
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a confirmation email informing you that your parcel is on its way.
Please note that standard delivery services used by Desert Blossom may not include parcel tracking.

Lost or Missing Deliveries

We may ask you to verify the delivery address and check with household members, neighbours, or any safe places where the parcel may have been left.
Where appropriate, we will work with the postal service to investigate the delivery; however, standard postal services may not provide detailed tracking information.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Delays
While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our reasonable control, including postal service disruptions, adverse weather conditions, customs procedures, public holidays, or peak seasonal demand.

Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives visibly damaged:
- Please contact us at contact@desertblossom.ie as soon as possible and ideally within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include photos of the packaging, shipping label, and damaged product where possible.
We will investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy as required under applicable consumer protection laws.
