Under EU consumer protection regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and unopened
- The item must be in its original sealed packaging
- The item must be in resalable condition
Due to hygiene and consumer protection regulations, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or unsealed after delivery.
How to Request a Return

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to exercise your right to cancel or request a return.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return (optional but helpful)
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:
- Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery, and ideally within 48 hours, so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
- Include photos where possible
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
